Report library

The Report library pages contain a library of the project's official reports, a crucial aspect of your project management. These reports, such as progress reports, risk assessment reports, and resource allocation reports, are issued at weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cutoffs. They present the status and health of your project, highlighting the significance and value of your work.

The library contains reports saved from Safran Project using the Save to SWA or the Report package feature. Reports are saved in Portable Document Format (PDF). A PDF reader is required to view them.

The project is selected using the "Project" drop-down based on your project selection, and the available reports will be listed in the grid.

To open a specific report, simply select it from the list and click Open. Alternatively, you can double-click on the report to open it. This straightforward process ensures quick access to the information you need.

It's important to note that the list of reports can be easily filtered and sorted. With the filter and sort function available for each column of the report list, you can swiftly locate the report you need, enhancing your confidence in your project management.
