The Customer shall not, during or at any time after the expiry of any agreement, in any way question or dispute the ownership by Software Solutions AS and/or the owner of any such rights. In the event of new inventions, designs or processes that evolve in the performance of or as a result of any agreement, these shall be the property of Software Solutions AS. No part of this publication may be stored in a retrieval system, transmitted or reproduced in any way, including but not limited to photography, photocopy, magnetic, electronic memory or other records, without the prior agreement and written permission from Safran Software Solutions AS.

The Customer shall not copy (other than for regular system operation and) as defined in an agreement, reproduce, translate, adapt, vary or modify the Software and its documentation, or any part of it, including code, whether modified or unmodified nor to communicate the same to any third party without Software Solutions AS prior written consent. In addition, the Customer shall not decode, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate any part of the Software, nor remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other property rights notice on or in the Software and its documentation.

Whenever an authorised copy is made of all or parts of the documentation, all titles, copyright notice, patent notice or other proprietary markings must also be reproduced in full and included with the copied product, without alteration or removal of any copyright notices, patent notices or other proprietary markings attached to or distributed with the documentation.

Disclaimer

Software Solutions AS makes every effort to ensure the information in the software and documentation is correct at release time.
