Installation

General

Safran DRU 25.1.10 installation is a basic MSI installation created with InstallShield. This guide performs a standard setup with the executable file.

Administrative privileges

The installation must be done with administrator rights on the client's computer.

Before you install

  • Back up all data before updating the software. The default location of the local database can be found by navigating to %appdata%\safran using Windows Explorer.
  • Read the CRN carefully.
  • Read the "Install Guide for Safran Data Reporting Utility (DRU)" carefully.
  • DRU 25.1.10 must run in an environment with Safran Project 25.1.10 on the client.
  • The database for DRU 25.1.10 needs to be Safran Project version 110. Please note that this release of the DRU includes updates to the database, but it is limited to the DRU database objects.
